I agree, hydrogen is a fuel that will improve the fuel efficiency of a car, but there are several aspects where it is a demerit.
If you convert your car into a water fuelled car, your car is going to be ruined as it will force its engine to boost its power. When the engine gets to have so much pressure, it starts degrading and one day, your car will start getting burps.
It is very easy to make fuel cells and convert H2O as a fuel, but it is no good.
